RW2
The devices of the series RW2 have been developed for changing potentiometric values into norm signals. The modules are driven by one potentiometer in 3-wire technology. They will be converted into a 0…10V or 0(4)…20mA norm signal. One 20-turn cermet trimming potentiometer enables the adjustment of the initialand end range. Thereby the adjusting range of the mechanical installation circumstances of the potentiometer can be adjusted. The modules are mountable on snap-on rail TS35, they need an auxiliary power of 24V. |

SG1
The devices of the series SG1 have been developed for building-up precise set values. Via 20-turn cermet trimming potentiometer in front of the unit are voltages from 2 to 10V or currents from 3, 5 to 22mA adjustable, depending on the type of the unit. |

SG100
The devices of the series SG100 have been developed for the setting of norm signals and square wave frequencies. Via 6 buttons and an illuminated LC-display voltages from 0...20V or currents from 0…22mA are continuously adjustable with a resolution of 1mV resp. 1μA. Furthermore square wave signals with frequencies from 0…1 kHz and adjustable amplitude from 0…20V resp. RS422 level can be simulated. Via two terminals, red (+) and black (-) the set value can be picked off. On top side, next to the terminals, there is a button for switching the unit on or off. To avoid an unintentional switching-on of the simulator, this button is recessed in the housing. For the voltage supply a 9V block-battery (not included) or a power supply unit 5…9Vdc (included) is required. The simulator is delivered, together with the power supply unit, in a practical plastic case, which is used for the optimal storage and protection of the unit. |

SB1
The devices of the series SB1 are suitable for defined processing of analog norm signals. Signal jumps will be integrated via an adjustable time. |
WW1
The devices of the potentiometer modules WW1 are incorporating a 10-turn wire-wound potentiometer with a precision adjusting knob and a scale from 0 to 100%. The unit offers two component mounting positions. They are intended to take up pull up and pull down resistors. If there is no resistor required, they can stay unloaded. To get the electrical connection there are two soldering support points each underneath the component mounting positions, which have to be soldered. In the delivery condition the soldering points are closed, so that additional soldering work is not necessary. The connection is made by means of two screw-type terminals 2,5mm chambers. The unit is mounted on a solid plastic Snap-on. |

MU1 / MU2
The potentiometer modules are including one 1-turn cermet potentiometer (MU1) resp.one 20-turn cermet potentiometer (MU2). Two component mounting positions are used for switching the potentiometer in in- and output, therefore they are intended to take up pull up and pull down resistors. If this is not necessary, at each mounting position a wire bridge has to be solded. In the delivery condition the soldering points are closed, so that additional soldering work is not necessary. The connection is made by means of two screw-type terminals 2,5mm chambers. The modules are mountable on rail TS15, TS32 or TS35. |
