FW1
The analog / frequency converter of the series FW1 are used to converting norm signals into a linear frequency up to 100kHz. |
FW2
The frequency / analog converter of the series FW2 are used to convert a frequency up to 100kHz into a linear norm signal. |
FW3
The devices of the series FW3 frequency / analog converter have been developed for proportional converting of low to middle frequencies into a norm signal. With this series frequencies from 0…1Hz to 0…10 kHz can be converted into analog signals from 0...10V or 0/4...20mA. The devices are working according to the principle of the pulse- width- measurement and therefore are providing a valid measurement signal after two signal periods only. Additional the FW3 is equipped with an integrated limit switch. The input nominal level is 24V, the signal form is set as a square-wave pulse. |

FW4
The devices of the series FW4 frequency / analog converter have been developed for proportional converting of square wave frequencies 0…10Hz to 0…200kHz into norm signals 0...10V or 0/4...20mA. In the measurement range10Hz to 8 kHz the input signal is detected according to the principle of the pulsewidth- measurement and additionally by a peak time measurement. If both inputs A and B are connected with 90 phase shifting, for example from an encoder, depending to the type of unit, the direction of rotary signal is signaled via an optocoupler or by changing of the polarity of the analog output. Thereby an analog tachometer signal can be simulated by a digital pulse generator. If the device should be used as a normal frequency analog converter without direction of rotation analysis, the frequency signal must be connected to input B. |

FW5
The devices of the series FW5 PWM-analog converter have been developed for proportional converting of PWM square wave signals with frequencies of PWM 20Hz to 2kHz into norm signals 0...10V or 0/4...20mA. The mark-to-space ratio in the range of 3…97% and 20…80% is adjustable via potentiometer or rotary switch. |
FT1
The frequency dividers of the series FT1 are suitable for dividing frequencies to 1MHz from pulse generators or similar sources, for processing with SPS or other systems. |
PW1
The analog PWM converter is used to convert an analog standard signal of 0/4...20mA, 0/2...10mA or0/2...10V, 0/1...5V into a proportional PWM signal with frequencies from 10 Hz to 5 kHz and pulse-pause ratios from 0...100% to 30...70%. The measuring range can be configured by the user, via DIP switches. |
