SU1
The signal amplifiers and level shifters of the series SU1 have been developed for the converting of digital signals from 5V (TTL) to 24V (HTL) or for amplifying from 24V (HTL) to 24V (HTL), they are processing frequencies up to 200kHz. |
SU2
The signal converters and level converters of the series SU2 are suitable for converting digital signals of 24V HTL to 5V HTL up to 200 kHz. |
SU3
The RS422 signal converter and level converters of the series SU3 are suitable for converting digital signals, as for example pulse generators with RS422 output, to 24V HTL or 5V TTL with frequencies up to 500 kHz. |
SU4
The signal converters and level converters of the series SU4 are suitable for converting digital signals of 5V TTL or 24V HTL to RS422 with frequencies up to 500 kHz. |
SU5
The devices of the signal converter series SU5 are used for level conversion or level conversion of rotary or incremental encoders with sinusoidal output signals with a typical magnitude of 1Vss sin/cos, measured as a difference signal at 120 Ohm resistance between the two signals A,/A ; B,/B or Z,/Z.Three independent channels are available which transmit the respective input signal to an output signal of5V (TTL) or 24V (HTL), depending on the device version. |
SU6
The devices of the signal converter series SU6 are used for level conversion. Three channels are available. Depending on the connection, 24V differential signals or 24V ground related signals can be converted to RS422 or 5V TTL. This is ideal, for example, to transmit the signals of a rotary encoder interference-free and at the same time to adapt them to the voltage levels of the receiver device. One LED per channel indicates the switching status of the output. A 3-way potential separation between input / output and auxiliary power helps to decouple the different system levels. |
SF1
The pulse prolongation devices SF1 are suitable for the prolongation of digital pulses, which are because of slow SPS or PLC systems not recordable. |
SF2
The devices of the signal converter series SF2 are made for pulse prolongation of extremely short pulses. Already from 5μs on output pulses from 10 – 1500ms can be generated. The output pulse length can be rough adjusted via switch and fine adjusted via potentiometer. The devices have a connectable retrigger function. An also connectable transparency function allows also a longer input pulse than the adjusted output pulse length. The switching status is displayed by a LED. |
SF3
The SF3 series pulse delay devices are used for signal delay of digital pulses. Thus it is possible to suppress short interference pulses or to provide control signals with a switching delay. Time ranges from 1ms to 14s are freely adjustable via dip switches and potentiometers. The output signal can also be switched to inverting or non-inverting, via dip switches (configuration see following table). The switching status is indicated by an LED in the output. The module requires an auxiliary power of 24Vdc and can be snapped onto TS35 mounting rail. |
